How to start a small business?? ?

The State of West Virginia has a great website that answers questions about how to start a business, what licenses or permits that you will need and many other issues including an online registration application. You may also need a business license from the County, City or Town where the business will be located. Attached are two links, West Virginia's business license website and a link to "West Virginia Free Public Records Directory" which provides links to all of the counties and many of the cities and towns in West Virginia in order to contact the various jurisdictions about the need for a business license.
