My dog is a pomeranian and he snores so loud! should i be worried? or is it normal for him to snore so loud?

OMG! tell me about snoring!! my dog snores so loud the house vibrates..i have to wake him up, so he moves to a different position, then it stops for abit..but he soon starts again!
