My 1 year old sister swallowed firelighter.?

i was cooking and she was crying because i took popcorn off her because she started coughing.i went to the living room then i took her from the kitchen.i noticed white stuff on her face.she had eaten some of the firelighter that was in the corner.i don't know how much she ate.it says it has kerosene in it.she had some in her nose as well now shes snoring funny.i told my mum but she's at work.i gave her something to drink staright after.i'm 14 btw.i'm really worried.
