Green and white flea collar?

my parents put a green and white flea collar on my cat before i got out of bed this morning and i dont know what brand it is. I just wanted to see if anyone knew what brand it could be, it has a green-like stripe, then a smaller white one, and then another green one.. i need to make sure its not some brand like Hartz or something bad.
