I want to get up an hour earlier to exercise. I set my alarm early and set my phone. But instead I hit snooze 100x.. then barely have enough time to get ready for work. I've tried locating my phone elsewhere so I have to physically stand up to shut it off.. but I'll just bring it with me to bed and keep snoozing. I don't know what to do.... I don't sleep well because my husband snores really loudly. I'm guessing that's why I can't wake up. Any suggestions? I don't drink caffeine after noon.
